I will be reaching out to parents with your child’s group number. Our event will feature a journey around the world, exploring each continent. Please ensure that you arrive before 10:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time to set up your display.
This announcement contains important details—please review it carefully. Both students and parents have invested significant effort into these projects, and it is important that we demonstrate respect and attentiveness during each presentation.
• To ensure that all presenters are given full attention, everyone is asked to remain seated and quiet during presentations. There will be an intermission halfway through for a stretch break and an opportunity to enjoy a Korean Fan Dance performance.
• If food is being shared as part of a presentation, parents will assist with distributing it.
• We encourage everyone to stay for all presentations so that each project receives equal recognition, including those presented last.
• Parents are kindly requested to refrain from having conversations during presentations. Even whispered discussions can disrupt the room. If you need to hold an important conversation or take a phone call, please step into the hallway.
