This family-friendly event is the highlight of spooky season, when participants and spectators alike don their frightful best and gather in historic (and haunted!) Galveston,Texas, to celebrate all things Halloween!

Witches, pirates, and vampires dance their way down the streets while our favorite Mardi Gras Krewes wow crowds with elaborate floats and toe-tapping tunes.
