Welcome to the 3rd Annual Mental Mixology Walkathon! Hosted by the Mental Mixology Foundation, this isn’t just a walk—it’s a community celebration of resilience, wellness, and "The Silent Mind." Whether you are walking for your own journey, in honor of a loved one, or to support our community's mental health, we are so glad you’re here.

When: Saturday, September 19th
Where: Sedalia Courthouse (415 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301)
Registration Opens: 9:00 AM
Walk Commences: 9:30 AM
This is a full-morning wellness festival! Before, during, and after the walk, enjoy a "mix" of everything that makes life better:
- Wellness & Mental Health Vendors: Connect with local experts and resources.
- Therapy Animals: Meet some furry friends who help lower that cortisol!
- The "Marketplace": Shop local vendors and discover new wellness services.
- The Vibes: A live DJ spinning great hits to keep the energy high.
- Fuel Up: Coffee carts and snacks to keep you moving.
- Fun & Games: Activities for all ages and awesome raffle prizes up for grabs.
