Please complete this form to register for our 3rd Annual M**der Mystery Party Fundraiser at Shady's in Garner on October 4th at 6pm. This is an 18+ event as there will be "sensitive" subjects.

Tickets will cost $40 per person or two tickets for $70. Dinner will be provided and there will be a full service bar if you would like to purchase beverages. All proceeds will go towards "Families Together", a non-profit that helps homeless children and their families find housing across NC Learn more about this charity here .

**Characters will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Character information will not be sent until payment is received. Since your character is important to the story, please let us know if you cannot attend. No refunds will be offered due to the nature of this event. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
