Join us at the Manastash Ridge trailhead for a guided 3.9-mile loop hike up the Boy Scout route, with an elevation gain of 1,564 feet, before desending down the Westburg trail. Enjoy stunning views and connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts and community members. August Spires from the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust will share insights into the local wildlife as we venture through Ellensburg's shrub‑steppe ecosystem.This free, approximate 3-hour hike is open to all- no RSVP required! Everyone is invited, and we will be providing "I hiked the ridge" stickers, snacks, and bevvys. A lot of the trail is exposed to direct sun, so bring at least 2 liters of water, and sun protection.
