🍁🍂We are excited about this years Annual Community Harvest Festival that will be held October 11th from 9:00am to 3:00pm. 🍁🍂
While it seems like October is far away, it will be here before we know it and we are currently seeking vendors to participate. We would appreciate your help in spreading the word by sharing the attached flyer with your family and friends as well post on your social media platforms.
ATTENTION VENDORS:
We are beginning to plan for our 3rd Annual Community Harvest Festival scheduled for Saturday October 11, 2025. The festival will take place once again outside on the South River Road side of the church (1300 South River Road, Suite 135, West Sacramento, CA 95691). Having it outside greatly increases visibility, allows for larger spaces and canopies, and more vendors.
The hours will be 9 AM to 3 PM, with set-up beginning at 6 AM. The vendor registration fee will remain at $40 for a 10’ x 10’ space. There will be a limited number of electrical outlets available so please make your request early.
Items to be sold are new/handmade. This will not be a “garage sale” but an event to showcase your crafts and business items. All food items must be pre-packaged and there will be no cooking on site.
We’re excited to expand the festival this year to include a farmers’ market. Please share this flyer with any vendor you may know.
