The Halloween Trick or Treat Mingle returns to The Citadel Mall for its 3rd year, transforming the east side of the mall into an indoor trick-or-treat wonderland. No worrying about Colorado's unpredictable October weather — just an afternoon of costumes, candy, and community fun for the whole family.
