3rd Annual Granny Basketball Exhibition: Diocese of La Crosse Padres VS. La Crosse Does

🧓🏀 The Granny Basketball Exhibition Game is back - and the Padres are still looking for their first win!
MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2026 | DOORS OPEN AT 6:00 PM, GAME STARTS AT 7:00 PM
The Grannies are lacing up their orthopedic sneakers once again to defend their perfect record against the Diocesan Padres - who'll be playing under strict 1923 rules: no running, no jumping, and yes, oven mitts are mandatory. 😂
👀 Come watch your favorite priests try to keep it holy on the court while trying very hard not to travel, jump, or foul out (straight to the time-out rocking chair if they do!). Two years, zero wins - will 2026 finally be the Padres' year?
📅 Save the date and bring a friend - all donations at the door support the children of Casa Hogar Juan Pablo II in Peru. Help us raise more than last year's $4,000!
🙌 Who will you see trying to dribble with oven mitts in 2026?
🏀 A few brave Padres have already signed up, but we need more - help us give your priest a friendly nudge (wink, wink) to be on the team that finally beats the Grannies!
