3rd Annual G5 Gives Back Soirée

In 2019 the G5 brand was founded as Ground 5 Transportation (G5 Party Bus), with our values centered on providing an unmatched client experience, quality, trust, equal opportunity and giving back to the community. Each year since the brand’s inception, the transportation division has sponsored an annual G5 Holiday Give Back event. A portion of profits were allocated to assist local families in need during the winter holiday season.

In the fall of 2022, we decided to maximize our efforts by transforming the annual initiative into a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, Ground 5 Gives Back. Our mission is to empower families in our community facing hardships through direct support and opportunities.

We have found that the unique approach to our fundraising events serve as the perfect link to involve the community, our valued sponsors, and many of Atlanta’s young and seasoned professionals in our mission. Our attendees consistently receive the ultimate G5 Experience with great music, hors d’oeuvres, open bar, and plenty of photo and networking opportunities – all while having the opportunity to learn about and partner with our organization through donations to support the Ground 5 Gives Back mission. We strongly believe, “Partying for a cause benefits us all!”.

The soiree has directly increased our impact in the community yearly, 8x in 2022 with a 37.5% increase in 2023! Donations and silent auction profits from the soiree partially funded our 4th Annual G5 Holiday Give Back with additional funds applied to the year-round G5 Gives Back Initiative. From the utility bills paid, prevented evictions, household necessities, cleaning supplies, to the overall assistance to lighten the load during the winter holiday season, the recipients truly feel the love and support from G5, and everyone involved. In 2023 our holiday give back event received local coverage from FOX5 and 11ALIVE News Networks!

We understand that hardships can happen to anyone at anytime; with your sponsorship, grant, monetary donation, and or attendance the trajectory of our resources can continue to reach new heights without limits.

All donations and silent auction proceeds collected at this event will directly benefit the G5 Gives Back Organization.

Dress Code

There is a strict "Semi-Formal to Formal" dress code in place for this event.

Gentlemen: Blazers, sport coats, and slacks are mandatory.

Food & Beverage

Light to heavy Hor d'oeuvres and desserts will be served.

There is an open bar 6:00pm - 9pm, please drink responsibly. Rideshare is suggested.

Silent Auction

There is a silent auction set to take place during the event.

All proceeds from the auction will directly benefit the G5 Gives Back Organization.

The evening will be full of great company, great music, great drinks, and great networking opportunities! To add excitement to the evening, we have a line-up of great performances that are sure to keep you entertained.

Security

For the safety of all attendees, this event will have on duty armed law enforcement.

Photography / Videography

There will be videographers and photographers at this event. All photos or video captured in good taste are solely used for the purposes of Ground 5 Events, LLC promotional material and publications. All attendees and participants understand that they waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking, no open flame venue. If you must smoke, please step outside to the designated smoking areas. Illegal substances are not allowed.

COVID-19

Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendee acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the event may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Ground 5 Events, LLC, its employees, agents and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after participation in the event.

In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee's attendance at the event, the attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by Ground 5 Events to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all attendees.

General Liability

ALL attendees assume all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless Ground 5 Events, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
