We are so excited to bring the community together to promote fitness and friendships. This will be a fun and beginner friendly event, so grab a friend and get registered!!
A few housekeeping things as we get started...
*Registration at 8am/Race starts at 9am
*Start/End point will be at The Shred Shed
*We have checkpoints throughout with directions and water
*Snacks at end of race
Register by Aug 1st and receive a Fitness Frenzy 5K t-shirt!!!
Our Mission:
The Fitness Frenzy 5K is a community fitness event where the greater Rice Lake area community members can come participate in a beginner-friendly 5K walk/run. Help make a difference in a local Rice Lake youth athlete's life by supporting the race, which is raising funds to donate to athletes in need of financial assistance to cover registration fees, transportation, gear, etc.
