3rd Annual EPiC Fundraiser: Gala for Black Youth Excellence

Join us on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the University Club for the 3rd Annual Empowered Parents in Community Fundraiser: Gala for Youth Black Excellence. Celebrating 5 years of service, EPiC's 3rd annual gala is purposed to be an inspiring evening to celebrate and increase awareness of the unique challenges Black youth face due to systemic racism, social inequalities, and cultural barriers, while simultaneously uplifting their accomplishments. This elegant fundraising event is aimed to celebrate and uplift Black youth and their families; increase awareness about Black parent-led initiatives for the creation of safe, equitable schools where Black youth can thrive and reach their full potential; and raise critical funding for essential programs and services that directly impact Black youth and their families.

Attendees will enjoy a plated dinner and keynote speech by the esteemed Dr. Henry C. McKoy, Jr, Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary for Science and Innovation at the United States Department of Energy (appointed by President Joe Biden).
