LET’S WRAP UP THE BICENTENNIAL WITH A WINTER WONDERLAND CELEBRATION!
The Nassau Board of County Commissioners invites you to a festive evening of joy and wonder at the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Robert M. Foster Justice Center (76347 Veterans Way) in Yulee.
This FREE, family-friendly event is filled with holiday cheer! Get ready for live performances by the Nassau Community Band and the Royal Amelia Dance Academy. We’ll also have activities for all ages and interests, including a Holiday Vendor Market, Train Rides, Santa Village's Photo Ops, Food Trucks, and a Kids Zone.
Don't miss visiting the Vision 2050 Tent, which will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland! Journey through the Candy Cane Forest, explore the Sea of Swirly Twirly Gumdrops, and stroll along Jingle Bells Beach. Stop by Peppermint Point, Chestnut Cove, and other festive stations to share your thoughts on the Growth Scenarios and Vision Plan’s Building Blocks, Objectives, and Strategies. Collect festive stickers at each station to win a prize that will add sparkle to your holiday season!
