Refunds are available up to 10 days prior to the event date.
Please note that Eventbrite service and processing fees are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be issued minus Eventbrite’s per-ticket fees, which are retained by Eventbrite.

Refunds cannot be issued within 10 days of the event. At that point, the conference incurs non-recoverable costs based on confirmed headcount, including food, materials, venue, and other advance expenses.
