Mark Your Calendars! Join us on Saturday, June 13th from 5–8 PM for The Gathering’s 3rd Annual BBQ Fundraiser!
The Gathering Coffee House is a 501(c)(3) ministry planted in the heart of Warrensburg—right in the backyard of the UCM campus. Our heart is to be a home away from home for college students by offering a safe, welcoming alternative to nightlife where friendships grow and Christ-centered conversations happen naturally.
This year’s fundraiser supports our Beautification & Expansion Project. Over the past year and a half, God has grown this ministry beyond what we ever imagined, and with that growth comes the need for more space and resources to continue serving students well.
This year’s goals include:
• Adding a back ramp to improve accessibility for everyone
• Beautifying The Yard with a permitted fire pit and upgraded seating
• Completing upgrades to our upstairs space for group gatherings and discipleship space.
• Making kitchen updates to better serve baked goods and hospitality
• Purchasing needed materials to host outreach events and Bible studies throughout the 2026–2027 school year
Ticket Information:
• $10 – Single ticket
• $45 – Family pass (family of 5 or more)
Your ticket includes a BBQ dinner, games and entertainment, and access to our silent auction.
Come enjoy great food, meaningful community, and the chance to invest in a space that’s impacting students and the Kingdom for generations to come.
