About this Event

The 3rd Annual "13 HOOPS" Basketball Tournament brings the Warrenton community together to honor and celebrate the life of Bruce "THiRTEEN" Tipacti-Menacho, who passed away in 2023. Grounded in Bruce’s deep love for playing basketball with his friends, this event carries forward his spirit by fostering connection camaraderie on the court and in life. Beyond the game, 13 HOOPS serves a crucial mission to raise awareness about the life-altering dangers of driving, while actively uplifting the local economy by highlighting Warrenton businesses and vendors. Join us as we play, support local creators, and keep Bruce’s memory alive through the sport and community he cherished so deeply.
