Join me for a 3hr total body 'servicing' at The Storey in Lancaster!Treat yourself to 3 x 50min Yogalates sessions to stretch and tone your entire body and a deep relaxation to completely rejuvenate mind, body and soul!
Schedule:
9.15-9.30am - Welcome!
9.30-10.20am - Session 1: Core
5min BREAK & check in
10.25-11.15am - Session 2: Lower Body
5min BREAK & check in
11.20-12.10pm - Session 3: Upper Body
12.10-12.25pm - Mindfulness Meditation (Yoga Nidra)
12.25-12.30pm - Q&A, personal practice guidance
There will also be time after each session for a break and a 'check in' to see how you're all doing individually.
Like all my classes, we will work progressively, starting with the basics and then gradually bringing in a bit more challenge so we work at a level that suits YOU and your unique body :)
