Hacemos una cordial invitación a los distintos coros parroquiales a ser parte del coro de la trigésima celebración arquidiocesana de La Virgen de Guadalupe: ¡Madre de las Américas!
Quienes desean ser parte del coro para esta gran celebración, necesitaran participar en los tres ensayos del:
- 1er ensayo: 5 de octubre de 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM en el salón parroquial de St. James
- 2do ensayo: 16 de noviembre de 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM en el salón parroquial de St. James
- 3er ensayo: prueba de sonido el 6 de diciembre a las 8:00 PM en St. James
Los tres ensayos son obligatorios para poder ser parte del coro a Nuestra Madre el 7 de diciembre y pedimos que traigan sus libros de música si los tienen.
¡Si no has sido parte del coro antes, bienvenido/a!
¡Si ya has participado antes, bienvenido/a de regreso!
El coro será dirigido por Estela García y Rudy López, ambos músicos profesionales de Oregon Catholic Press, por lo que tu participación no únicamente te ayudara a aprenderte los cantos para la celebración de la Virgen de Guadalupe sino también a crecer en tu servicio como músico.

We extend a cordial invitation to the different parish choirs to be part of the choir of the thirty archdiocesan celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe: Mother of the Americas!
Those who wish to be part of the choir for this great celebration will need to participate in the three rehearsals.
- 1st Rehearsal: October 5th from 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM at St. James Parish Hall
- 2nd Rehearsal: November 16 from 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM at St. James Parish Hall
- 3rd rehearsal: sound check on December 6 at 8:00 PM at St. James Cathedral.
Participation at all three rehearsals is required in order to be part of Celebration Choir on December 7th and we ask that you bring your music books if you have them.
If you haven't been part of the choir before, welcome!
If you have participated before, welcome back!
The choir will be directed by Estela García and Rudy López, both professional musicians from Oregon Catholic Press, so your participation will not only help you learn the songs for the celebration to Our Lady of Guadalupe, but also help you grow in your service as a musician.
