3D Printing Camp
Design it. Print it. Bring it to life.
In this hands-on 3D Printing Camp, students use Tinkercad to create their own designs, learn how 3D printers work, and explore real-world applications of this technology. They’ll also add circuits with lights and motors, turning their creations into interactive projects.
Our 3D Printing Camp: Lights and Motion Lab introduces students to design, engineering, and circuitry through hands-on projects. Campers will:
Learn CAD design using Tinkercad
Understand how different types of 3D printers work
Explore real-world uses of 3D printing
Build simple circuits using LEDs and motors to create interactive projects that light up or move
Students develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding of how digital designs become real-world innovations.
