This session helps you understand what’s driving these shifts, from generational expectations to evolving workplace norms. We’ll share practical steps for strengthening retention, preparing for turnover, and ensuring your team remains strong even when staffing changes occur.

CANCELLATION FEE: Anyone who registers for the Dinner and then fails to attend, or does not cancel their reservation by Monday, January 5, 2026, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Guests who are neither employees nor officials of your entity will be charged $50 per dinner.
