Sessions will address state and federal court updates, changes at the National Labor Relations Board, implications of the rapid integration of AI into workplace environments and functions, how employers can stay true to their DEI values while remaining compliant with evolving federal regulations, and the program will conclude with a special fireside chat. The tentative agenda will be accessible via the URI Office of Strategic Initiatives website on January 26th.

The conference is open to the public and will benefit anyone working in the labor and employment fields.
