Join us for a full day of renewal, reconnection, and learning, as we honor and prepare for the Spring Equinox! A time of balance, awakening, and new beginnings.
Together, we’ll ground into embodied practices, mindful learning, intimate breakout sessions, and intentional movement that nourishes the mind, body, soul, and spirit, closing with a deeply restorative sound bath and a bonus hour of joyful, liberating dance to release stagnant energy, celebrate growth, and step forward refreshed and aligned.

We’ll be providing lunch, but invite you to bring a yoga mat, a small pillow, eye mask/cover, water bottle and an open mind.
