We will grow and evolve to the group's interests and needs as we progress together. Sessions will typically include a 15 minute mindfulness talk, 15 minute meditation, and close with an interactive Q&A period.
Free entry, no need to sign up - Suggested value ($10) donation accepted, but far from required.
