We are back at 360 Fit.Starting February 24, 2026, we’re launching dedicated strength and power sessions at 360 Fitness in Burnside—designed to enhance the work our young athletes put in on the track, the ice, and the court. We want to make them well rounded athletes. Prepare them for any obstacle. We want to help them grow as an athlete and a person.
These sessions focus on:
Building strength that supports proper mechanics
Developing power and explosiveness through Olympic lifts, sled work, and plyometrics.
Improving acceleration and top‑end speed with targeted movement training
Our mission is simple: give kids the tools, confidence, and physical foundation they need to thrive as an athlete and in life.
