Saturday, May 9th at 9:30AMA monthly class that allows beginners and other levels of experience, to try a new class and find which flow you love most!
For this class, Debbie will be leading a Vinyasa Flow! All levels and kids are welcome to join.
An all-levels welcome class where modifications are given so that an individual may practice according to their comfort level. The teacher sometimes pairs their extensive knowledge of ayurveda with yoga practice to craft a class conducive to balancing the elements of the body, establishing a sense of inner peace and well-being, restoring vitality and building strength.
Cost: There is no fee for this event and you do not need to register ahead of time.
