For this class, Erica will be hosting a “Summer Mingle” flow. No expectations. No experience needed. Just you. After yoga, Erica will be hosting a little Mocktail and Mingle hang to keep the relaxing vibes going.
An all-levels welcome class where we’ll mingle soft movement and soft stretches to reset your nervous system to a calmer, more relaxed state. Absolutely no experience required—we simply invite you to show up and try something new.
