The South Kitsap Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the 35th Annual Seagull Calling Contest! This beloved community tradition is taking flight once again for another year of hilarious fun, local pride, and just a little bit of “gull-ible” competition. Do you have what it takes to out-squawk the rest and be crowned the winner?
📍 Where: Port Orchard Waterfront Park
📅 When: Saturday, May 9
📝 Registration Opens: 9:00 AM
🎤 Contest Begins: 2:00 PM
💲 Cost: FREE to participate & FREE to spectate!
Bring the whole family down for the Port Orchard Farmers Market, then stay for the most unique show in town (and maybe the entire state)! From seasoned squawkers to first-time gull callers, everyone is welcome to join the fun. Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 winners!
Whether you’re competing or just cheering from the crowd, it’s always a day full of laughs and great community spirit.
Start practicing those seagull calls… are you ready to woo the gulls??
