**THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT FOR VENDORS/CRAFTERS so do NOT fall for scammers saying there are open booths as there are NOT. We currently have 150+ people on our wait list, which we carry over from year to year, so we will NOT post that we have available booths on this event page!! *SAVE THE DATE....for the 35th Annual Memorial High School Booster Craft Fair, Saturday, 11/8 from 9:00am-3:00pm.
Come join us for the 35th Annual Memorial High School Craft Fair! There will be 215+ booths full of crafters/vendors so please make sure to stop by all 4 rooms (Gym, Mini Gym, Cafeteria and Hallway)! Free Parking. Admission is $2.00 per person. Proceeds benefit the Manchester Memorial High School Booster Club which is a non-profit organization that helps the students of Manchester Memorial High School throughout the year by helping fund the different student groups throughout the school. These funds are then used to sponsor various education programs including school and sports clubs and college scholarships. We also recognize our staff during Staff Appreciation week by gifting them with special treats throughout the week!
**DUE to District I state soccer championships game happening at the Memorial Athletic Field at 1pm and 3:15pm, we are asking ALL Craft Fair attendees to park on the S. Porter Street side of the school which include the school parking lots on that side, side streets along S. Porter Street, on S. Porter Street and NEW this year, we will have overflow parking at MST. There will be a crossing guard at the intersection of S. Porter St/Weston Road that will assist with crossing people and with traffic flow in that intersection. Those attending the soccer games will be using all parking lots/Jewett Street parking lot/church lots/side streets on the Jewett Street side of the school!
We will also have a 50/50 drawing as well as a Raffle table where the crafters donate an item, and guests can buy tickets for a chance to win these beautiful gifts! We will be doing HOURLY drawings for the raffle prizes, starting from 10:00am until 2:00pm (FAIR CLOSES AT 3:00PM)
ALSO, The Whoopie Pie wagon WILL be at the Memorial High School Craft Fair from 10:00am-1:00pm. Pre-ordering for the Whoopie Pie Wagon will open up a few weeks prior to the fair so once it does, a link will be posted here.
Coming back again this year will be....Burstin' Kernel! They will also be set-up outside the craft fair selling their amazing kettle corn!
