35th Annual Costume Parade - Downtown Toccoa, GA

Local businesses and organizations line the downtown streets to pass out candy, offering our youngest community members and their families a fun, daytime trick-or-treating experience.
Prizes are awarded for best HOMEMADE costume in three age categories: 2 & Under, 3 & 4, and 5 & Up.
The 2026 Costume Parade is on Friday, October 30th, 2026. Starting at 10:00 AM in the Tugalo Street Greenspace.
