Join us in celebrating our 35th anniversary with an open house event from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 12th. Come to our downtown Jackson location anytime during the event to learn more about what we do as a community health center.
While you are here, you can enjoy refreshments and receive a free blood pressure screening. Everyone in the community is welcome, you do not need to be a Center for Family Health patient to attend.
