Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizer(s), volunteers, affiliates, and the hosting venue from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to your attendance. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, injury, illness, property damage, or any negative outcomes resulting from your participation.
3. Personal Conduct & Interactions You are responsible for your own conduct during the event. The organizer is not responsible for the behavior or actions of other attendees. You are solely responsible for the outcome of any interactions you choose to have during or after the event.
4. Photo & Media Release By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use on social media, websites, or future event materials. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify the organizer in writing before the event and make reasonable efforts to avoid cameras.
5. Venue Disclaimer This event is held at a third-party venue not owned or operated by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for any conditions or incidents that occur due to the actions of the venue or its staff.
6. Binding Agreement By purchasing a ticket or entering the event space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all of the above terms. This agreement is binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase a ticket or attend the event.
