We invite you to celebrate the memory of your loved one at Community Hospice & Palliative Care's 34th annual Tree of Life Ceremony.

Prelude Performance: 5:45 pm - 6:00 pm
Service of Remembrance: 6 pm - 7 pm
Our trees will be adorned with ribbons, and this year, we will have special trees recognizing our youngest patients and children from our community. If you would like to have a ribbon hung on the tree for your loved one. We also invite you to bring a photo of your loved one to display on the memory tables. We hope you will join us for this meaningful and reflective service.
