33rd Annual Turkey Trot 5k - a fundraiser for Crisis Services of North Alabama

Start Thanksgiving on the right foot at Huntsville's favorite holiday tradition! The 33rd Annual Turkey Trot 5K brings thousands of runners, walkers, families, and costumed characters to the University of Alabama in Huntsville campus every Thanksgiving morning. The course is chip-timed, so every participant gets a net time from the moment they cross the start line, whether they're chasing a personal best or strolling with the family. Costumes encouraged. Strollers welcome.
Every registration supports Crisis Services of North Alabama, so your morning miles help neighbors access emergency shelter from domestic violence, evidence collection for sexual assault, and crisis counseling. All free and all confidential, 24/7.
Note some race-morning closures: Access to the Spragins Hall parking lot will be closed. Ben Graves Drive will be closed at Holmes Avenue and just south of the Roberts Hall parking lot (parking lot will remain open). Registration is $30 through November 21 and $35 starting November 23.
