Join us for a rejuvenating half-day 333 Wellness Retreat in the scenic surroundings of Griffith Park. This monthly gathering is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and nature through a series of mindful and immersive practices. Our retreat blends gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, a guided nature walk/foraging session, and a tea tasting. All activities are led by experienced, friendly instructors who share a passion for holistic living.
Whether you’re new to wellness practices or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive environment that encourages exploration and growth at your own pace. Our intention is to provide a serene space for self-discovery, stress relief, and community-building. Come ready to relax, reflect, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
Important Details
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or towel
- Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and weather
- Journal/notebook and pen for writing
- Water bottle (hydration is key!)

Skill Level: No prior yoga, meditation, or foraging experience needed; all activities are meant for beginner to advanced participants alike.
