An annual educational program for culinary professionals, students and representatives from seafood and related industries. The event will combine seafood/fisheries science presentations and a seafood culinary demonstration to provide attendees with the latest insights into seafood science, fisheries issues and cooking techniques. This year's Symposium will highlight blue crabs, striped bass, channeled whelk, sharks, and watermen. It will also feature a sea lettuce taste-testing and a seafood cooking demonstration.
