The 321GO! program is designed for teens and adults with Down syndrome (high school age and older) who want to learn more about and improve their personal health and overall wellbeing. This program introduces participants to the foundations of physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness while encouraging the development of healthy habits that can be practiced every day.
The foundation of the 321GO! program is a set of 3 goals and 21 challenges that encourage participants to focus on their overall wellbeing through small, achievable steps. Participants will engage in interactive activities, discussions, and challenges that promote healthy choices and independence.
This is a 6-month program that will meet once a month on the first Thursday of each month from 6:00–7:30 PM at the DSI office. Sessions will run from September 2026 through February 2027 on the following dates: 9/3, 10/1, 11/5, 12/3, 1/7, 2/4
