Join us on Sunday, March 2, for a transformative sound experience that nurtures 💜🌿 the body, mind, and soul. Let’s come together as a community and experience the power of group energy. Sharon will guide you through a gentle Meditation in Motion, followed by Yoga Nidra (a restful body scan meditation), and the soothing sounds of yogic instruments.
Class 1: 10–11:30 AM (doors open at 9:45)
Class 2: 12–1:30 PM (doors open at 11:45)
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow/towel and blanket.
