Join us for the 30th Annual Berkeley Haas Women in Leadership (WiL) Conference—an inspiring afternoon exploring the ways by which we expand our performance, creativity, resilience, and purpose while recognizing that Leadership Starts with Belonging.
This year’s theme brings together powerful Bay Area leaders and Berkeley MBA students for thought-provoking panels, meaningful conversations, and authentic connection. Together, we’ll explore how inclusive leadership fuels professional impact, resilience, and growth.

Walk away with tools to turn feedback into a shared leadership practice — one that builds psychological safety, accountability, and belonging at scale.
