30k Horus Heresy Organised Play - Contaminated Ground

Come join us for an epic day of Warhammer 30k Horus Heresy action at the UHI Perth, Academy of Sport & Wellbeing! This in-person event is perfect for fans of massive battles and strategic gameplay. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or just starting out, this Organised Play event promises to be a day of fun and excitement.

This is an ALL DAY Event, with 3 games of super casual gaming with planned missions and a focus on armoured warfare.

SPECIAL RULES:

• There will be some environmental factors in play during each game that will have a direct impact on the toughness and armour of infantry, cavalry & walker units. These may ebb and flow as each game progresses.
• In a direct change to the core rules, a model with the vehicle, cavalry or automata type CAN control an objective in the same way as an infantry unit (e.g. cannot control if they have a status etc). For the purposes of tactical strength, a vehicle counts as it's remaining hull points.
• Any vehicles that can already be taken as command choices gain the "Officer of the Line (2)" type.
• In an Astartes list of any type, a unit with a "Legiones Decurion" upgrade MAY be taken as a command choice. When taken as a command choice they unlock a single Auxillary Detatchment as normal.

HOW TO BUILD A FORCE:

• Your total force should be no more than 3000 points from any official 3rd Edition publication released prior to 14th Feburary 2026!
• Ideally all models should be WYSIWYG, painted is optional.
• All about having fun & throwing dice!

TIMING:

• 0845: Registration
• 0900-1200: Game 1
• 1200-1230: Break
• 1230-1530: Game 2
• 1545-1845: Game 3
