On June 17th, 1726, a gentleman, by the name of Samuel Rickards, created a trust, composing of himself and 9 other trustees, to manage Pershore Baptist Church as a place of Christian worship in perpetuity.This trust has succeeded in its mission for the last 300 years.
On Saturday June 13th, our church will be open from 10am to 4pm, when we will have a historical display, costumes and games and an opportunity to look around our building.
In the morning, we will be serving drinks and cakes, and in the afternoon, we will be serving cream teas.
