A powerful integrated approach through the teachings of Yoga to Self Healing and Self Empowerment.Our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Wellness Within is designed to provide a comprehensive and personalized learning experience. The program is structured around a series of weekend modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of yoga practice and teaching. This modular format allows you to complete the training in a way that suits your schedule and personal interests while ensuring a deep and thorough understanding of yoga.
Weekend Modules: How It Works
Weekend Schedule: Each weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is dedicated to one module, offering an immersive experience in that particular area of study. This format enables you to focus intensely on each subject, integrating the knowledge and skills gained before moving on to the next topic.
Requirements: completion of a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training
Part Time, weekend:
Saturday 9:00-6:00p, Sunday 9:00-5:00pm
