Come one, come all! It is my greatest privilege and with plenty of excitement to share I will be facilitating a 300 HR YTT for 2026. This has been a long time coming and something that I get asked about every year and it feels so amazing to share that it's finally happening. 300 Hour Course Information:
Living your Dharma by discovering your inner voice and awakening potential
Module 1: Raja Yoga the Inner Path (Slowburn)
Module 2: Jnana Yoga the Path of Wisdom (Ashtanga Intermediate Series)
Module 3: Karma Yoga the Path of Action (Breathwork)
Module 4: Bhakti the Path of Devotion (Teaching)
February 13th-October 4th, 2026
Select weekend immersions Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Weekly Virtual meditation Tuesdays 6:00am-7:00am

Pre-requisites
•Must have an existing 200 Hour certification to participate
•Module 2 will focus on the Ashtanga Intermediate Series. If you do not have the primary series in your teaching already, please reach out to me individually to make sure we set you up for success.
