300 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (click on pic for more details)

If you are a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor and are interested in deepening your knowledge and skills as a teacher, this training is for you. The 300 hr program provides a deeper exploration of yoga philosophy. After completing this course you will qualify for a 500 hr Certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor. Enjoy the path of teaching yoga through mindful living. "Connecting to Spirit" Yoga Teacher Training is intended for spirited individuals with a passion for yoga and a thirst for living a balanced life. Even if you do not plan on teaching you will take your yoga knowledge to the next level.
This program is completed in 8 weekends (1 weekend a month) with take home online homework. Starting October 23rd 2026 to May 9th 2027. Friday evenings from 6pm to 10pm, Sat. 9am to 6pm & Sun. 9:30am to 6pm.
