The primary purpose of this advanced yoga teacher training is to provide comprehensive and in-depth information that helps 200-hour RYTs enhance their teaching skills and deepen their knowledge of various yoga practices. Once you have completed this program, you will have the skills and knowledge to teach a wide range of specialized practices, such as advanced sequencing, chair yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, wall yoga, yoga for special needs, kids yoga, EFT, mindful art, and Pilates.
The program aims to broaden the scope of practice for yoga teachers. This allows them to cater to diverse student needs and preferences, making yoga more accessible and beneficial to a wider audience.
Be Kind 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training's unique hybrid cohort program takes place over the course of 2026 and includes
* Meetings with your cohort once a month
*APY group class participation and observation
*Virtual independent modules
*Connection and community with other teachers in training
Must have a current 200-hour RYT certification to participate in this training. If you're not a 200-hour RYT, no problem! Be Kind also has a 200-hour RYT certification online.
Be Kind Yoga Teacher Trainings include unlimited mat classes throughout the program.
Training begins January 10th, 2026.
Pay in full by December 15th to receive a $200 discounted rate
