Third Eye Yoga advanced teacher training certification is an integration of assisted asana and passive stretching, body psychology, cultivating and exploring prana through asana, advanced and intuitive pranayama and manas purification. The program was designed to take the experienced Yoga instructor to a Revealer of the depth and integrative power of Yoga both privately and collectively.This program is uniquely woven together to reflect a living Yoga practice. Bridging the doing and BEING aspects of ourselves and our students. The in-depth understanding of asana
as it relates to the elements and pancha vayu, the chakra system and body psychology, pranayama, and the tools to purify the mind.
The subjects of this training provide the knowledge and experience that has the capacity to transform the way in which we, as Teachers, support our clients and students.
The 300 hour Third Eye Yoga program will include 4 complete sequences of assisted asana, an advanced and intuitive practice of pranayama, the appropriate knowledge to shift a class from Hatha Yoga to a meditative experience, sequences for each element and vayu, the study of mantra and mudras, body psychology, chakra theory, Yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and effective tools used to ground the mind into BEING.
This program is divided into to parts. Two 8 week programs. Meeting from August until mid November every other weekend. Two months off to complete action plans and reporting.
Returning back for certification from January until mid April, every other weekend. The pre requisite is a certification from a 200 hour program and an entry exam if the 200 hour certification came from any school outside of Third eye yoga.
