3-Week Reflective Journaling Workshop

The first three Mondays in July!
When you think about journaling, do you worry that you'd just be writing down the "boring stuff" like what you ate and who annoyed you by sneezing too loudly? Do you journal and then look back and realize it's a notebook full of complaints? Do you wish you got more out of it? Or maybe you're a bit too intimidated to start.
We've all stared at a blank page and wish we had something profound to put on it.
Come learn the art of reflective journaling as a way to deepen your self-awareness by examining your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a structured and intentional way.
This course will be led by Tricia Applegate.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS: You will need to bring a notebook and a pen to all three workshop evenings.
