Meeting at the George St entrance to Woodhaugh gardens, we will run the 3 Peaks course up to Flagstaff, over to Swampy Summit then down to Leith Valley and back to Woodhaugh.The run is approximately 20km with 900m of vert.
We will split in to fast, medium and not as fast paced groups with experienced leaders for each.
