3 Month Committed Mens Work Group

A 3 month professionally facilitated experience with a curated small group of men who are ready to do the deep emotional work and connect.
About this Event

Overview: A group of men committed to walking the path of what it means (to them) to be a fully embodied man.   A group that asks for a high-level of accountability and integrity. A group that calls the man out then he is too in story or fooling himself.  A group that shows up with an open compassionate heart.  A group ready to support one another and bravely walk toward the truth.

Expected Outcomes:  

• Walk life with greater confidence, conviction toward action;  
• Showing up for others with peace, ease and grounded sense of being (non-reactive):  
• Ultimately to be in our sovereign confident self; 
• Meaningful lasting connection with other like-souled men. 
• Support in finding your life path including creating personal rituals, habits and affirmations for every day joy in our life.

Time:  7 - 9.30pm  for 3 months - Every other Tuesdays

Duration: 2.5 Hours Every other Week

1 on 1 Support/Accountablity buddy 

Indvidual Processsing and Coach When Needed through out

Location: South Sebastopol, CA 

Modalities and Experiences 

Sacred Circle of Sharing and Witnessing:  We hold a pristine container for us men to go deep into the emotional journey of being ourselves;  Allowing ourselves to fully express and be witnessed in all that we feel. A safe, confidential, loving container. 

Somatic Energy/Emotional Release: Here we have a set time frame to go through tried and true methods to release the built up energy inside of us by moving it through our body.

Anger/Grief Ceremony to formally process our anger and/or grief. To access the depth of our pain, our sadness, our rage or frustration.

Clarity Finding Work  to unlock the truth of what is actually happening and get out of our story.  

Overcoming our Blocks in having a group of brothers and master facilitator look long and hard at what is blocking you from every day happiness and ease and support you in a path to removing such blocks.
