With her Ph.D. in Psychology and expertise in mental wellness and social behavior, she pours her 20+ years of teaching and training into her signature programs including: Power to the Period, Rock with Your Menstrual Rhythm, and Fearless Father-Daughter Talks.
Dr. Carmen, a graduate of the California Black Women’s Health Project Advocacy Training Program, is the former host of the popular internet radio talk show Spiritually Juicy – The Key Ingredient to Self-Care, has been a featured speaker for conferences, womenʼs organizations, and educational institutions, and provides team-building, professional development, and personal development workshops for companies and students.
