Inspired from the Kidding Around Yoga method. Join us for a 3hr, three day Yoga camp. This camp will give students the opportunity to explore many different yoga poses, creative ways to calm the mind and notice the breath through movement, songs, games, creative play, stories, and art. Your child will participate in fun mindful yoga games, self esteem building skills, crafts, music and much more. Children's yoga classes may help increase attentiveness, boost confidence, and develop calming skills.

A snack will be provided.

Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

3-day Camp $125 per session. Single Day Drop In $45.
