This is a 3 day, 2 night campout with horses for girls ages 11-14!! We will provide the food, tents, and... the horses!! Just bring your sleeping bag, plenty of clothes, shower bag, and sense of adventure! We will be doing this a few times throughout the summer, as each camp will have limited space. You could plan to have only your kids and their friends in attendance if you wanted!
They will learn all about western tack, horse behaviors, how to camp with horses, horse maintenance, and fine tune their riding skills! Riding experience is not required. They will have opportunities to get in the lake with horses and to sleep right next to the pasture in their tent.
Parents, we will have supervision in the tent and in the camper beside the tent. They will have breakfasts, lunch, dinner, and snacks, but feel free to send their favorite snacks if they're picky eaters. You may also want to send snow cone and ice cream money.
